Bunny Palooza @ San Elijo Hills – The San Elijo Hills Community Association is having its Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 31st. This year’s event will include an Egg Hunt for children 10 years and under. The BUNNY PALOOZA will begin at 10:00 a.m. and run until 12:00 p.m.  The Egg Hunt at 10:30AM sharp, you will not want to miss the BunnyPalooza!

Valley Center Community Easter Egg Hunt @ Bates Nut Farm – The Valley Center Community Easter Egg Hunt will be held on March 31st from 10:00 a.m. until noon.  There will be lots of eggs, crafts, and a visit from the Easter Bunny!  This event is sponsored by 2 local Valley Center families.  For more information visit Bates Nut Farm website here.

Spring Egg Hunt @ Allied Garden Rec. Center located at 5155 Gerrenbrier Avenue, San Diego, 92120 –  The Spring Egg Hunt will be held on March 31st from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.  There will be face painting, jump  houses, crafts and refreshments will be available.  The Egg Hunt is split into age groups as follows: 3 years and Under 11:30 a.m., 4 – 6 years 11:50 a.m., SURPRISE PERFORMANCE 12:10 p.m., 7 – 9 years 12:30 p.m., 10 – 12 years 12:50 p.m., and 13 years and Up 1:10 p.m. For more information click here.

The Great  Egg Hunt in South Bay @ Robert Egger Sr. South Bay Rec. Center – The Spring Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, March 31st beginning at 10:00 a.m.  The Great Egg Hunt is for children 10 years and younger and there is a special treat for each age division.  Children should keep a look out for that “Special Egg” and don’t forget  to bring your own basket.  For more information on this free event click here.

Spring Egg Hunt @ Torrey Hills located at Skyline Rec. Center – The Spring Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, March 31st from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.  The egg hunt is for children ages 2 to 12, there is no charge for this event.  For more information click here.

Easter Egg Hunt @ South Clairemont Recreation Center located at 3605 Clairemont Drive, San Diego 92117.   This fun and free event will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Easter Egg Hunt @ The Tecolote Recreation Center located at 4675 Tecolote Road, San Diego, 92110.   This fun and also free even will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Sunday, April 1

Swing into Spring Festival @ San Marcos on Via Vera Cruz between Grand Ave. and San Marcos Blvd.  This one day event draws thousands of festival goers each year, and is filled with fun for the whole family! Attendees will get to experience delicious foods and deserts, live entertainment, kiddie & carnival rides, arts & crafts, and much more!  For more information on this free family event click here.

Kids Day @ The Flower Fields – Come out and see the beautiful flowers and enjoy Kid’s Day at The Flower Fields, a day full of fun activities for kids like arts and crafts, face painting and Ronald McDonald! There’s also a sweet pea maze, Santa’s playground and live music! The kids will not want to miss the fairies, gnomes, and princesses! Egg Hunt & Pancake Breakfast in Vista @ Vista Optimist Club – The Egg Hunt and Pancake and Sausage Breakfast will be held on April 1st from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  Tickets are available for $5 and include breakfast and all activities for children ages 11 and younger.  There will be games, prizes, pictures with the Easter bunny and the egg hunt with over 10,000 eggs!  Fore more information on this event visit The City of Visit website here.

Spring EGGucation @ San Elijo Lagoon – Crack open clues to the secret lives of egg-laying animals in San Elijo Lagoon, through special events, arts and crafts, and nature hikes for all ages.  This is a different spin on the traditional egg hunt, where kids will get an up-close look at all kinds of critters that hatch from eggs.  Families will be treated to an egg find, eggs-citing crafts, and a Trivia Hunt around the Nature Center Loop Trail.  For more information click here.
