Carlsbad @ Legoland – Fireworks start at 8:30 p.m. Red, White and BOOM!   We watched the fireworks at Legoland last year and it was great because it is earlier and with a 3-year-old earlier is always best!  Fore more info click here.  Legoland Carlsbad blocks off the roads around the park a few days before the big July 4th Fireworks celebration.  There are always more places to view the fireworks than the street, a great place is the parking lot at Costco (Costco will be closed) or the parking lot at the Sheraton.  There are also a lot of office buildings that will have empty parking lots.  Try and get to your location at least 20 minutes before Red, White and BOOM starts at 8:30 p.m.

San Marcos – Fireworks start at 9 p.m.  This is a great place because Bradley Park is so large and there is tons of space.  There is also some free children’s activities and entertainment beginning at 6 p.m.  Arrive early because parking will be an issue even though the park is large there is never enough parking.  For more info click here.

Vista – Fireworks start at 9 p.m. at the Moonlight Amphitheater, for more info click here.
