Disney on Ice Giveaway **WINNER**

Thank you to all of you that entered the SoCal Savvy Mom Disney on Ice Giveaway.  We wish there were enough tickets for everyone but sadly there can only be one winner this time around!  The winner is… Diane Dobson Acosta!  Please e-mail us today at nicole@socalsavvymom.com so we can find out where to mail your tickets!   The family four-pack of tickets may be used at any of the performances.  Choose from Wednesday January 23rd through Sunday January 27th.  The tickets will be mailed to you as soon as you e-mail with your address.  The tickets are to be exchanged for ‘hard’ seated tickets at the arena box office.  We recommend doing this as early as possible prior to the performance date, incase the show sells out.

Disney on Ice is presenting Dare to Dream a celebration of royal proportions!  Watch Disney starts like Rapunzel, Tiana and Cinderella in an exciting journey.  Experience Disney’s hilarious hair-raising escapade, Tangled, as Rapunzel, her unlikely companion, Flynn, and Maximus, embark on an uproarious journey that takes adventure to new lengths!  Wondering how Maximus the horse will do on ice…we are excited to see that as well.

Feeling like you are in the mood for some New Orleans jazz?  Beat to the sounds of the bayou with Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen in musical journey that all begins with a fateful kiss. Afterall, it is where “Kiss a Frog” came from!

Lastly we cannot forget Prince Charming and Cinderella, every girl dreams of meeting Prince Charming.  Dreams become reality in this famously entertaining tale where Cinderella meets her Prince Charming, pair it with a glass slipper and fantasy turns to reality.

To end the show all of the princesses take to the ice in a spectacular finale at the ultimate Disney Princess event of a lifetime! Experience the beauty, sparkle, and spirit when Disney On Ice presents Dare to Dream comes to San Diego!

Hallmark has a great list of coupons and promos going on right now.  The annual fall open house is next weekend and there will be tons of great deals going on.  Most of the promos will be next weekend but some last until Thanksgiving weekend.  The first is a coupon for $5 off any $10 purchase (of course some restrictions apply) the coupon is valid until 11/25/12.  The next is take an additional $5 off any recordable storybook, my son loves the one he received a couple of years ago.  My mother in law lives on the other side of the country and he loves that he can hear her read him a bedtime story when ever he wants.

Legoland Sea Life Aquarium Giveaway!

We are going to Legoland’s Sea Life Aquarium tomorrow for my son’s school project.  He has a project for sea creatures and he picked sharks!  We are really looking forward to going tomorrow to find out all we can about sharks.  I’m also hoping to get some great pictures of my son in front of one of the tanks with a shark in the background.

Sea Life recently opened up the Claws exhibit and it features some of the largest species of crab in the world!  Crabs and other clawed crustaceans like little machines.  Stop by  Claws and you’ll witness the wonderful construction of these powerful predators in an up-close encounter.
