Nine previous Pat & Oscar’s locations will be the first to be re-branded  into O’s American Kitchen.   In addition to the new name, each location will feature updated interiors and logo, with a more contemporary and modern feel.  O’s American Kitchen is a unique casual dining experience in Southern California with locations in Carmel Mountain Ranch, Orange Town & Country, Mira Mesa, El Cajon, South Coast Metro, Eastlake, National City, San Marcos and Mission Valley.

Pat & Oscar’s, famous for the hot-fresh-hand-rolled bread sticks is the main reason most of us use to visit.  Don’t worry O’s American Kitchen is not changing the bread sticks!  There will be new and updated menu items with bolder flavors while still retaining the attributes  we have come to know and love.  The menu is still very similar and the prices are still very reasonable.  The family meal deal offering a half chicken, medium pizza, pasta bowl, medium salad, and of course the bread sticks is still a deal at under $30 for a family of four!  Of course if you are on the e-mail list you will receive coupons every now and then for the meal deal for only $24.99, which is pretty much a steal!

Rubio’s San Diego Beach Party & Cleanup for World Ocean’s Day (hosted by Ralph Rubio)

In honor of World Oceans Day Rubio’s is throwing a beach party!  This free family event will have surfing,  beach games, free Rubio’s food, and will end with a beach cleanup.  Join me and my family on Saturday, June 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at South Cardiff State Beach (Seaside Reef) for some fun in the sun!
