La Costa Resort July 4, 2019 Fireworks Show

The Fourth of July is a big holiday and La Costa Resort loves to celebrate! The La Costa firework celebration for 2019 is a full line up of activities for little ones and adults alike!

  • To start the day at 11 a.m. you may try the fun daily craft (patriotic theme) at the Athletic Club Patio.
  • Have a little lunch and then stop by the Coastal Events Center for some fun cookie decorating.
  • To cool off don’t miss the water balloon toss at the Sport Court, or the watersides.
  • My son’s favorite is the s’mores roasting over the open fire, but I assume pretty much any child is the same. Chocolate, graham crackers then add a toasted marshmallow who says no to that?

The evening comes to a close at 9 p.m. with the annual fireworks celebration, you will NOT want to miss the 20-minute fireworks extravaganza! The La Costa Resort has the best fireworks in North San Diego County!

Cinepolis Summer Kids Series 2019

The Cinépolis Summer Kids Series is back for a summer filled of family friendly classics. Occurring every Tuesday and Thursday at 10am, now through August 15, guests can enjoy $6 movie tickets at the Cinépolis Westlake Village, Laguna Nigel and Rancho Santa Margarita theaters for special screenings of their favorite animated movie, which includes a snack pack with popcorn, fruit gummies and a small drink. All summer movies are suited for the entire family, with a G or PG rating. Groups and events are available at participating locations with 48hrs notice. A full list of movies and dates below:

Legoland California Red, White & Boom

Red, White and Boom at Legoland California is a family tradition in our house! Legoland has a full day full of games, contests, dance parties, with the day coming to an end at 8:30 p.m. with the fireworks show. Legoland does July 4th perfect for kids! You will not want to miss the Fireworks set to a patriotic musical tribute beginning at 8:30 p.m. with great viewing in designated locations throughout the Park. Throughout the day, kids of all ages can enjoy live musical performances and participate in all-American family picnic games, like water-balloon tosses, burlap sack races, family build challenge and LEGO Hamburger relay.

The celebration lasts from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and fireworks at 8:30 p.m. All Red, White and BOOM! activities are included in the cost of admission to Legoland California.

Don’t miss Fireworks set to a patriotic musical tribute with great viewing in designated locations throughout the Park. Throughout the day, kids of all ages can enjoy performances, meet their favorite LEGO® Friends and Characters, and participate in all-American family picnic games, like water-balloon tosses, burlap sack races, the Family Build Challenge and LEGO Hamburger relay.

The celebration lasts from 1:00pm to 9:00pm with fireworks at 8:30pm. All Red, White and BOOM! activities are included in the cost of admission to LEGOLAND California.

Regal has released the schedule for the Summer Movie Express! The movies are all rated G/PG, and are great for kids of all ages. It is only $1 per person to attend! All of the movies begin at 10 AM on Tuesday’s and Wednesdays throughout the summer.  Every week there are two different movies playing for you to choose from.
