Disneyland $99 for two-days *So-Cal Only*

It is that time of year again when Southern California residents receive a huge savings at Disneyland!  Simply purchase a 2-Day 1-Park Disneyland Resort ticket for just $99 and pick one park to visit each day.  Then visit Disneyland or Disney’s California Adventure twice before June 9, 2012.  These tickets can be purchased until June 1, 2012.  To see if you are eligible go here and enter your zip code.  Last year we had season passes, we didn’t renew because my son started school, so this is perfect for us!  My son will be so excited to hear we are going to Disneyland again!

Kids New Year’s Eve at Legoland!

It is New Year’s Eve, ready to party?  We are ready to get our party on at Legoland Kids New Year’s Eve Celebration!  Legoland has planned so much for the kids this year we can’t wait.  There will be tons of musical acts so be prepared to dance.  Don’t worry about staying at Legoland until midnight because midnight is at 6:00 p.m. with fireworks and a ball drop!  I have a feeling it is going to be pretty busy today at Legoland, so go early.  We will be there!  For more information on Legoland Kids’ New Year’s Eve Celebration click here.  For a full timeline see below:

Boomers! $10 for a Triple Play Pass

If you are looking for something fun to take the kids to do without breaking the bank this is the deal for you!  The triple play pass at Boomers! includes a go-kart race, a round of mini-golf, and one more attraction of your choice.  The triple play pass is normally $22 but with this deal is only $10 and you will receive a triple play passes.  If you have more than 1 child, don’t worry you may purchase up to 4 to be used all at one time.  I know my son is going to love this deal!

Coaster & AAA FREE on New Year’s Eve

Planning on going out on New Year’s Eve?  Plan on drinking?  Easy way to avoid driving after a few drinks is by riding the Coaster, Sprinter, Trolley, or Breeze for FREE.  After 6 p.m. on New Year’s Eve all of North County Transit will be free.  The hours have been extended as well, if you need to leave downtown the latest train north will depart at 12:45 a.m.  If you plan to use this great free offer visit the North County Transit website here for a full list of times.

Another great option is the Automobile Club of Southern California or AAA, offering a FREE Tipsy Tow service during New Year’s Eve. This service is available from 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 30, to 6 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 1.  If you need a tow call 1.800.400.4AAA and ask for a Tipsy Tow.  This service is great because it offers a free ride home  for you and a tow for your car.  The tow is free for up to seven miles after that the regular tow rates apply.  This service is a great way to keep tipsy drivers off the road.  Please note this service will take you to your residence only and is available for drivers only, no passengers.

 

Fandango Deal

Fandango deals are popping up all over the place, and for some reason we can’t seem to get enough.  Last month the deals were a little better at 50% off, now the discount is closer to 30%.  It is still a great deal if you are planning on going to the movies, Alvin and the Chipmunks anyone?  This deal is for   2 Fandango movie tickets ($24 value) and a $10 Subway gift card.  The total cost to purchase is $24, so essentially you are receiving the $10 Subway gift card for free.  To purchase or for more information on this deal click here.
