TOTEM by Cirque du Soleil Free Day @ The New Children’s Museum –  From 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. experience the current exhibition, TRASH, and get creative with special hands-on art making activities — free of charge! Encinitas Street Fair @ South Coast Highway 101, from D to J Street –  April 28 & 29 in Encinitas, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.  There are over 400 arts and crafts vendors, food, music, family amusement & entertainment this is a great place for families. Mission Federal ArtWalk @ Little Italy – April 28 & 29, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.  FREE Admission. Founded by artists, Mission Federal ArtWalk enters its 28th year as a treasured event in San Diego. The fine art festival takes over 18 blocks of downtown San Diego in the hip and historic Little Italy community.
