Starbucks will start serving beer and wine to select locations in Southern California soon. The menu will also include small cheese plates, hot flatbreads, and other wine worthy snacks. What are your thoughts? Will you stop by Starbucks for a drink after work?
Clarice Turner, the senior vice president of U.S. Operations had this to say “Building an evening day-part is a natural progression for us as we are always looking for ways to evolve and enhance the Starbucks Experience based on what our customers are telling us,” “We’re pleased with the response of our customers to the introduction of wine, beer and premium food at several of our stores in the Pacific Northwest, and we’re excited to see how the idea translates to other markets.”
Starbucks plans to roll out the evening day-part concept only in Atlanta, the Chicago area, Southern California, and the Pacific Northwest. Southern California is supposed to have four to six locations, very interesting, can’t wait to try it out!
